Senior Sales Executive (up To 7k / Manufacturing / Tebrau)
Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Plan and carry out sales activities to meet sales targets
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations (price, lead time, technical info)
Lead customer negotiations to close deals that benefit both sides
Understand plastic injection moulding processes and explain them clearly to clients
Turn customer needs into practical and cost-effective solutions
Track and report on sales performance and market trends
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to production
Follow up on delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction
Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and industry rules
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field. 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in plastic injection moulding or manufacturing Good knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to understand technical drawings or CAD files (preferred) Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools Willing to travel for client meetings, trade shows, or technical discussions
5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
