Requirements

• Bachelor's Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of electronic products and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the advantages of products or services.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and achieving targets

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Analyze sales performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and goal alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and campaign success.
• Manage key accounts and ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor competitor activity and market changes to maintain a competitive edge.
