Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
Proven track record of at least 7 years in logistics sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/senior management position.
In-depth understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, including knowledge of various modes of transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
