THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Oncology team is committed towards the goal of saving and improving more lives suffering from cancers through our innovation and partnerships with stakeholders. Working cross functionally, we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers, key accounts and patients through digital channels and technologies.
In this role, you will be based in Malaysia and have the opportunity to work with a group of talented sales representatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop deep customer understanding and build strong partnerships to expand access of our innovative products
Routine team performance monitoring and updates
Devise and implement strategic sales plan that expands the business customer base and ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s strong presence
Routinely analyse data to identify business trends, guide decision making
Ensure team configuration is relevant and optimized to realize business and territory potential
Deliver best-in-class customer experience by applying analytics to measure performance
Strengthen brand advocacy
Demonstrate solid territory management skills and field force effectiveness
Collaborate effectively with marketing team in planning, organizing and implementing marketing events that are consistent with franchise promotional strategies
Demonstrate discipline in execution
Effectively coach to build a high performance team
Uphold strong work ethics and ensure team\'s adherence to the relevant code of conduct
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in a large-scale pharmaceutical company and selling into hospitals
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in people management
Strong business acumen and knowledge of know-how in the market
Demonstrated record of strong working partnership with Key Opinion Leaders
Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented
A team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business tactics
Attention to detail and an eye for quality
Structured problem-solving skills, analytical rigor and planning skills
Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong customer-focus
Track record of high performance and achievement of business results
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
