Primary Objective:
- To achieve monthly target allocated.
- Manage a team of 13 to 18 ASM / SC / RMB to acquire mass affluent customer and achieve team target set by business.
- Provide coaching, guidance and develop a sales staff to their high performance point.
- To take care of bigger role or larger sales team and extra sales headcount responsibilities.
- To relief other SM during SM\xe2\x80\x99s absence.
Sales Productivity
- Achieve core and cross selling SOP target allocated
- Conduct Weekly Sales meeting with team member to review individual / team performance and discuss matter related to sales
- Ensure Team member maintain a high positive motivation level as below
- monitoring closely for those sales that is under perform
People And Process Management
- Review PIP (performance improvement process) and address them correctly to identify issue and problem occurred.
- Manage & motivate team member continuously on daily basis
- To assist team on customer enquiry, complaints & others related banking issue
- Ensure everyone practice a good list of qualitative measurement
SPM - SPM / Diploma/ Degree.
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in personal financing industry.
- Microsoft Office
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Excellent leadership, communication & motivational skills
