About the Company

Our client is a Malaysian brand with over 38 years of experience as a courier service provider. In line with their growth plan, they are seeking for dynamic talents to join their Sales team in Subang Jaya.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities in the logistics industry.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company\'s customer base and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through targeted lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and logistics requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific business challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations and pricing, to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact logistics services.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance the company\'s brand visibility and industry presence.
  • Build and leverage a strong professional network to create business opportunities and partnerships.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales in the industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Remuneration
  • up to RM 20,000
  • Transport Allowance : RM 1000

  • Quarterly Incentive if target achieved
