To develop business opportunities and build the Company s market share of the business in Latin America and Indonesia. Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales engineers to develop new business opportunities and build the Company\'s market share. To market and promote company products. To explore new products and business opportunity. To monitor customer satisfaction. To travel and attend both technical clarification and commercial negotiation with Clients and or Consultant from time to time in connection with your duties. To prepare sales proposals/quotation, tender bid, technical specification, price schedule. To perform detail engineering calculation and generate detail engineering drawings for proposals. Keep up with the product knowledge and being up to date about the latest developments in technology. To prepare monthly sales updates. Any other duties associated with your position as and when necessary from time to time. Requirement Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent Excellent customer relationship, networking with Palm Oil Millers, account management, negotiation, contract management and project management skills A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills Good presentation skills, Computer literate; strong in Power point Possess at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment Willing to travel extensively locally and overseas.
