Requirements
Education & Experience

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination, preferably in GWP, FMCG, or trading industries.

Skills & Competencies

• Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic inventory or accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
• Familiarity with sales and logistics processes (quotation, invoice, shipment tracking, etc.).

• Willing to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
• Able to support cross-functional departments and take initiative on assigned tasks

Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Customer Management

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the key contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with purchasing, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Oversee stock level management and work with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Track and follow up on order status, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Liaise with internal departments (finance, marketing, and admin) to support smooth operations.
• Prepare regular sales and operations reports for management review.

Process Improvement & Leadership

• Identify gaps in sales and operational processes and propose improvements.
• Support managers in implementing new workflows or tools.
• Guide and mentor junior executives when needed.
• Take ownership of escalated issues and resolve them independently.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
