Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Team Leader Fundraiser to drive our fundraising initiatives and lead a team of volunteers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a knack for building relationships, and a commitment to advancing our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers and fundraisers.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve fundraising goals.
2.Fundraising Strategy:
Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
3.Relationship Building:
Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities.
4.Budget Management:
Assist in creating and managing the fundraising budget.
Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as needed.
5.Reporting:
Track and report on fundraising metrics and outcomes.
Provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for social causes and a commitment to DialogueDirect's mission.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in using fundraising software and social media platforms.
