Senior Salesforce Consultant

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead project delivery and guide a small team of consultants/analysts. Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. Configure and develop Salesforce (Flows, Automation, Apex, LWC, Reports, Dashboards). Work with stakeholders, project managers, and business owners. Manage backlog, testing, and user training. Support pre-sales with solution proposals, best practices, and demos.
Requirements:
6-8+ years of Salesforce experience. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and FSC (plus at least one more: Sales Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Agentforce). Hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, Data Migration, SOQL/SOSL, Security Model. Experience in Agile & Waterfall delivery. Familiar with integrations and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant). At least 1 Salesforce certification (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, OmniStudio, etc).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
