\xe2\x80\xa2 Taking lead of the team in providing support, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides day-to-day support on the applications in scope, resolve incident, change request, problem tickets within SLA, facilitate team meetings and work closely with the Business Analysts related to SAP MM & IM \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of business processes in Material management & Inventory management \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on functional configuration and design experience \xe2\x80\xa2 MM-Purchasing: Configuring Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase requisition, Purchase order, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements \xe2\x80\xa2 Inventory Management: Cross Company and Intra-company Stock Transport orders using Stock Transport order (STO), Subcontracting, Vendor Consignment & Third Party Orders, Batch Management, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting \xe2\x80\xa2 Adept at requirement gathering, defining To-Be processes, identifying fits and gaps, and coming up with optimal solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop functional specifications for RICEFW \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience in SAP MM Materials Management (P2P) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience in SAP Inventory Management (SAP IM) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience in SAP Configuration and Release Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with different teams (eg: basis, abap, COE) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and COE team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update system documentation and training documents/user manual \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide training to users \xe2\x80\xa2 Periodically review AMS team\xe2\x80\x99s performance and identify improvement areas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team member coaching and performance improvement planning.
