We are now looking for an experienced Senior SAP Specialist to join our Manufacturing IT team where you will take care of implementation and continuous improvements of critical business processes in our SAP ERP environment.About the job
This position will plan and develop IT solutions that will fit Business needs. It includes creating joint roadmaps with Business, being accountable for identifying, clarifying, and addressing both business and user needs. You will translate these insights into specifications and solutions that drive our success in the manufacturing IT area. As a key player, you will have the holistic view of your process area and related IT implementations, owning the end-to-end solution in our manufacturing IT environment and landscape. Your responsibility will cover to participate in roll-out projects as well as providing advise to our user community on their questions related to implemented solutions.These are the key accountabilities for the role

• Responsibility for relevant applications & infrastructure within scope of the role including quality of IT deliveries & performance of solution.
• Delivers on assigned backlog deliverables and iterations.
• Drive deliveries in collaboration with the global and local IT delivery team members, external partners and global services to deliver on team commitments.
• Delivers quality configuration & development work relating to IT-systems in scope. This includes estimation, planning and management of configuration work, development work or other tasks reporting on progress.
• Drives development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
• Actively manages relevant backlog and iterations from a SCRUM perspective. Takes on SCRUM master role when delegated.
• Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant area including business processes, technologies, applications and relevant data.
• Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholder to clarify needs & solution for the APAC deliveries, but in extension also global initiatives.
• Captures regional and local input and demands and provides regular feedback to relevant global delivery teams including decision support.

• University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 year\'s work experience in IT-solution development including leading development activities.
• Solid experience with SAP S4/HANA ERP system
• Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics or Sales/Finance modules and processes
• Technical expertise in SAP platforms & technologies within the area of responsibility.
• Technical expertise in IT technologies within the area of responsibility.
• Experience from applying digital technology creating business effect relevant in area of responsibility.
• Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
• System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of relevant platforms & technologies including documented experience of enterprise software and API oriented architecture.
• Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
• Ability to gain understanding of customers\' business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
