What Will Your Mission Be

• Research and implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and online visibility.
• Working with the client\xe2\x80\x99s website developer to implement analytics code, metadata, tracking pixels, and work out tracking and other technical issues.
• Ongoing SEO efforts, including but not limited to: keyword research, on-page optimisations (including keyword insertion, metadata, etc.) landing page optimisation, and conversion optimisation.
• Collaborating with clients and agency partners to create, implement, QA, measure, and iterate ongoing SEO strategies.
• Analysing and interpreting campaign performance data and reports.
• Understanding of how to maximise crawl budget, remedy site performance issues, and implement/troubleshoot structured data using a variety of tools and technology.
• Uncovering, understanding, and achieving client goals and business objectives through campaign customisation.
• Recommending and executing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals.
• Assisting in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals.
• Ensuring that all client deliverables include actionable insights and analysis of past results, performance trends, relevant industry best practices, recommendations, and next steps.
• Managing service line client relationships which includes regular phone conversations and in-person/online meetings.
• Keeping pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For

• Strong understanding and knowledge of GA and GTM.
• Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise, and perform under tight deadlines.
• Certifications/qualifications in Analytics, Data Studio, and/or other key marketing platforms are a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
• Proficiencies in the use of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
• Creative and thoughtful experience in presentation build-outs is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage to support the Malaysia market OR Mandari\xc5\x84 is required to support the Hong Kong / Chin\xc3\xa1 market.
• Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage to support the Indonesian market

What Work Experiences Are We Looking For

• 3-5 years of consultative, SEO execution experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• Motivated to provide best-in-class service to our clients while helping expand our agency search expertise.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, detail-oriented digital advertising agency environment.
• Ability to commute daily to Mid Valley Office (post-pandemic) and is effective and comfortable to support Work-From-Home mode.
