Location: Johor Bahru (JB)

Responsibilities

:

Manage data centers, workplace server systems, and teams within the region.
Lead server operation and maintenance, develop and enforce standards, and optimize team workflows.

Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure for large-scale enterprise or IDC data centers.

Optimize server quality, analyze performance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and continuously improve server systems.

Establish and maintain server operation records, monitor server security, and ensure stable system operation.

Oversee construction and operation management of new and acquired data center and workplace servers.

Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, resolve failures, and optimize system performance.

Provide detailed reports on server conditions and team performance.

Requirements:

3-5 years of related experience, preferably with project leadership.
Familiar with server and storage principles; proficient in VMware vCenter + ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM/AHV.

Experience with DELL, HPE hardware, and storage devices.

Proficient in Linux server configuration, management, and maintenance.

Skilled in monitoring tools (Site 24X7, Zabbix, Grafana); Zabbix integration is a plus.

Proficient in web server tools (Nginx, HaProxy, Tomcat).


- Skilled in scripting (Python or Shell). - Experience in data center operations is a plus.


Excellent communication and team management skills, especially for remote teams.

* Qualified Dell or equivalent HPE certification; ITIL is a plus.
