Job Description


  • A customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt and respond to different characters.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling procedures.
  • Training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesService Crew members are vital to the daily operations of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. They directly interact with customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.Customer Service
  • Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with the menu.
  • Take and process orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer queries and resolve any issues with orders in a timely and professional manner.
Operational Efficiency
  • Assist in setting up the dining area before service and cleaning after service.
  • Ensure the dining area is tidy and organized during service hours.
  • Follow all operational procedures to enhance service speed and quality.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with other team members and the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Participate in briefings and debriefings with the PIC and other staff to improve service delivery.
Compliance and Safety
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant as per the company\'s standards.
Sales and Promotion
  • Promote daily specials or new menu items to guests.
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate to increase restaurant revenue.
Communication
  • Communicate effectively with the PIC and kitchen staff regarding customer preferences and any potential delays.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the management to help refine menus and service delivery.
