About Our Client

• Visits to customer\'s sites in East and West Malaysia to conduct diagnosis and repair of medical instruments
• Assume full responsibility for handling post-sales complaints and inquiries
• Perform repairs on faulty instruments received from both local and overseas customers
• Collaborate with the product specialist department to address any inquiries regarding product features after sales
• Maintain a comprehensive log of queries and complaints from customers and distributors, with the goal of creating a reusable database for future query and complaint handling
• Conducting regular preventive maintenance (PPM), calibration, and general upkeep of equipment
• Educating end-users on the proper use of the equipment and providing advice for their questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and always provide a high level of support to increase customer retention

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline
• An established candidate with a minimum of 6 year\'s experience in a service engineering role for medical devices
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel within Malaysia or overseas if needed
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Outstanding ability to develop actionable solutions and recommend strategies
