\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair on designated equipment at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and field modifications with proper report to be issued. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, tendering process and system sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working as a member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 To do any other related task which might be assigned by the immediate supervisor / management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possessed Bachelor Degree / Diploma/Technical Certificate in Electrical Enginering \xe2\x80\xa2 Working experience at least 3 years or more in Electrical Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a valid Authorised Service Provider (ASP) Certification from Capstone Green Energy Corporation.
