Supervise and coordinate day-to-day M&E site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Review M&E design drawings, technical specifications, and method statements for constructability and compliance.
Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors in executing M&E works efficiently.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports on M&E works.
Ensure all M&E installations adhere to quality standards, statutory regulations, and safety requirements.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
Support the preparation of work programs, material schedules, and technical submissions.
Identify and resolve site-related M&E issues promptly to avoid delays.
Provide technical support to procurement and project teams for M&E-related materials and equipment.
Undertake tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager or M&E Manager.
