H/P : 012 \xe2\x80\x93 5077223 Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Education:
- Prepare all project report and maintain high standard of project documentation
- Coordinate, manage , supervise and able to plan all construction works at site with reference to work program and contingency plan
- Coordinate and monitor delivery of materials and sub-contractor\'s works to be implementation smoothly
- Dissolving all technical matters, proper record of correspondence and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan and etc.
- Preparation of method of statements, temporary works design and re-engineering
- Maintain workers discipline and safety at site
- Liaising with local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure the works are carried out as per the project\'s requirement
- Monitoring and ensuring the project is progressing positively in aspect of cash flow , cost , quality and time
- Prepare QAQC, quality audit, weekly and monthly report
- Prepare and ensure all documents related to inspection comply
- Accomplish additional task given by Project Manager
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil experience
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply for junior post under Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 Programme
- Preferable for those experience in water structure construction, data centre and hospital is advantages
- Able to start work immediately is advantages
- Work efficiency and independence
