Educational background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or a related field.2. Strong mathematical skills to carry out material quantity calculations and cost estimations.3. Experience in project management in construction, especially residential projects on private land.4. Skilled in work scheduling and managing on-site teams.5. Excellent client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.6. Experience as a Site Supervisor or managing small-to-medium scale projects is an advantage.7. Basic knowledge of cost management and construction materials.Responsibilities1. Oversee construction projects from planning to key handover.2. Supervise Site Supervisors and ensure project progress aligns with the schedule.3. Coordinate with the Purchaser to manage material planning and logistics.4. Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) forms by calculating accurate material quantities and costs.5. Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are understood and met throughout the project.6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and compliance with CIDB standards.7. Ensure the efficient use of materials to minimize waste and control costs.8. Prepare project progress reports and resolve operational issues promptly.Benefits1.
