Responsibilities and Duties 1. Coordinate all aspects of works with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors 2. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to contracts, drawings, specification, instructions and work tightly to meet work schedule 3. Prepare site daily report 4. Overseeing construction activities and resolve problems on site 5. Check, prepare and report contractor\xe2\x80\x99s progress claim according to actual workdone 6. Attend construction site meeting when required 7. Perform any other duties assigned by management Qualifications and Skills of Construction Supervisor 1. Minimum SPM holder/ Diploma/ Degree in Building/ Property Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent 2. Minimum of two years in the construction industry with some leadership experience (experience in road and drainage works will be added advantage) 3. Able to work independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skill 4. Outstanding leadership skills 5. Great verbal and written communication skills 6. Possess own transport, willing to travel 7. Willing to work overtime when required 8. Computer proficient, with experience in MS Excel, Project, and Word \xe2\x88\x9a Proficient in survey work will be added advantage. Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Site Supervisor: 3 years (Required)
