Job Description

To be responsible for supervision and inspection of work sites to ensure projects are constructed according to schedule. To inspect the construction site, verify calculations, and perform required measurements. To monitor sub-contractors at the work site, site machinery usage, site materials planning, etc. Ensure that received building materials are properly inspected, verified, stored, and distributed. To report non-conformance of workmanship and materials to the person in charge. Perform quality control for assigned projects and ensure that defective works are properly rectified with contractors\' claims meticulously verified. To ensure compliance with safety procedures at the site. Prepare daily site reports for submission. To assist the project manager with administrative and general matters. To ensure overall project activities are carried out professionally, ethically, and promptly. Must have at least years\' of relevant work experience in property development or the construction industry. Candidates with extensive relevant work experience will also be considered even if they lack the minimum qualification. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are required. Must have own transportation. Willingness to travel is necessary. The position is based in Ipoh.
