Requirements

• Diploma in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2-4 years of solid experience in site supervision
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to interpret complex technical drawings and plans
• Own transport and willing to travel to site

Responsibilities

• Independently supervise and monitor site works for quality and timely execution
• Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, and design team
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and project requirements
• Lead and manage site workers, assign daily tasks
• Conduct regular and detailed site inspections and troubleshoot on-site issues
• Prepare and submit comprehensive site progress reports
