Attend to joint inspection with customer professionally in compliance with the company service standards, offer reasonable alternatives to resolve customer\'s problem.
Follow up and monitor defect rectification work with contractors and suppliers in order to deliver the highest quality and prompt services to the customers.
Analyse and diagnose defect problems/ issues and provide feedback to immediate superior with proposed solution.
Execute ad-hoc investigation of defect assignment in order to ensure smooth and organised site operations and provide a regular feedback to the project team for product quality improvement.
Regularly update or submit report to Customer Relations Executive of defect progress in compliance with the ISO 9002 standards and procedures to avoid operations hiccups and ensure easy tracking of information.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of M&E experience in property development industry. Preferably have experience in defect management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer service oriented.
