Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel or work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction issues promptly.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentations.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
