Responsibilities
Establish, optimize, and maintain a complete set of SMT process specifications, SOPs, and control plans (CP).
Define and monitor key SMT process parameters (such as printing, placement, and reflow soldering) to ensure process stability.
Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), conduct process verification, pilot production, and first article confirmation to support smooth mass production.
Utilize statistical tools to analyze process capability (Cp/Cpk, SPC), identify, and drive process improvement projects.
Introduce new materials, equipment, and process technologies, and complete process verification and mass production application.
Resolve major or systemic SMT process issues in production, providing technical support for production, quality, and maintenance.
Coordinate with R&D, equipment, quality, and suppliers to drive process optimization and cross-departmental improvement projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Min 5 - 6 years of experience in SMT process or production engineering
Familiar with the entire SMT process flow and key process parameter control
Capable of process analysis and improvement (SPC, PFMEA, MSA)
Familiar with New Product Introduction (NPI), process optimization, and equipment implementation
Strong problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination skills
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing improvement methods such as Lean and Kaizen is preferred
Proficient in office software and data analysis tools.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
