Kelayakan

• Diploma / Degree holders in Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communications or equivalent with minimum 3 year's experience in content creation / digital marketing.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Skilled in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Creative, trendy, highly motivated and proactive with an analytical mind is a must.
• Good PR, result oriented, able to meet tight deadline with multi-tasking abilities.
• Possess excellent English written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• Able to work in fast pace working environment
• Able to work at Taman Midah, Cheras.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible to plan & design creative eye-catching content for promotional & marketing materials.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company marketing goals.
• Develop monthly calendar & manage the content for integrated social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok and LinkedIn, to increase online community growth & engagement
• Plan & support digital marketing campaigns by introducing new, trendy, and bold creative ideas to strengthen the marketing efforts
• Strategically extend market reach by creating attractive contents for marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
• Assist in developing and managing marketing campaigns
• Stay current on industry hot topics to spot new content worth sharing.
• Work closely with designers & marketing team to ensure compatibility of content & visual designs.
