? Lead the development and execution of the social media content creations across all
platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).
? Plan and create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, stories, reels,
carousels) to increase engagement and followers.
? Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing team) to support campaigns and
ensure unified brand communication.
? Monitor social conversations, trends and identify opportunities for engagement and
content improvement.
? Foster genuine community engagement by interacting with followers, replying to
comments/messages, and initiating conversations.
? Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and
recommend improvements.
? Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports with insights and
next-step recommendations.
Stay updated with platform updates and best practices to keep the brand presence
fresh and relevant.
? Handling marketing ad-hoc tasks that are being assigned by superior .
Job Requirements
? Possesses Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related
field.
? Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing social media content and strategy.
? Strong portfolio of social media content and campaigns demonstrating creativity and
brand growth.
? Proven ability to grow engagement and build online communities.
? Good time management and organizational skills.
? Strong command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese or other
languages is an added advantage.
? A self-starter with a creative mindset, attention to detail, and passion for digital
communication.
