Role Overview
As our
Senior Social Media Manager
, you will be responsible for shaping and leading TTRacing's social media strategy across multiple platforms. This senior role requires a
strategic thinker with strong execution ability
who can drive brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable business growth through content, campaigns, and storytelling.
You will oversee end-to-end social media management--including strategy development, campaign planning, creative direction, content publishing, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics. Beyond execution, you'll play a key role in
strengthening TTRacing's global brand voice
while ensuring consistent messaging across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute TTRacing's
social media strategy
across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Lead content planning, production, and publishing, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned storytelling
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to expand reach and engagement
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, design, and customer service) to align campaigns with business objectives
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitive edge
Build and manage a small social media team, providing guidance and mentorship
Lead regional campaigns and adapt global content strategies to local markets
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in
social media marketing
, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial/senior role
Proven portfolio showcasing
brands managed, strategy planning, and execution results
Strong understanding of paid/organic social media, influencer marketing, and community management
Ability to translate brand identity into compelling, platform-optimized content
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
Familiarity with gaming, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is advantageous
A creative leader with strong organizational and project management skills
