You'll design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation systems, data pipelines, and analytics dashboards that enhance operational performance across HQ and outlets.
You'll work with technologies like
MSSQL, SSIS, Power BI, Power Automate, Node.js, and Python

Job Responsibilities:
1) Automation & Integration
Design and maintain automation workflows using
Power Automate, Python, and Node.js
Develop
ETL pipelines
(SSIS) for HQ, outlet, and cloud integrations
Automate reporting, reconciliation, and synchronization tasks across internal systems(ERP, HRIS, POS)
Build reusable automation modules for data exchange and process optimization
2) Data Engineering & Analytics
Manage
MSSQL
databases, stored procedures, and job scheduling
Build
Power BI dashboards
to deliver insights for management and operations
Monitor data flow, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability
3) System Enhancement & Digital Transformation
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations to identify automation opportunities
Build
Node.js
microservices to streamline workflows and integrate multiple systems
Maintain proper
Git version control
and implement
CI/CD pipelines
for continuous improvement
4) Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering an automation-first culture
Translate operational challenges into well-structured technical solutions
Document workflows and establish best practices for system development

Job Requirements:
1) Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
3-4 years of relevant experience in automation, integration, or data engineering
Proven success in deploying production-level automations or dashboards at scale
2) Technical Requirements
Proficient in
MSSQL, SSIS, Power BI, and Power Automate
Skilled in
Python
and
Node.js
scripting
Experience integrating
REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
Familiar with
Git, CI/CD,
and secure coding practices
Advantage:
Azure Automation, PowerShell, or RPA frameworks
3) Good to Have Skills
Experience developing or integrating
Lark Suite Apps, Workflows, or Bots using Lark Open API / lark_oapi SDK
Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Exposure to
Microsoft Power Platform
ecosystem extensions (e.g., Power Apps, Dataverse)
Understanding of
frontend scripting
(HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for internal dashboards or app interfaces
Knowledge of
API-based ERP or CRM integrations
