• Applicant with experience in handling projects and with exposure to the full system development life cycle, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Software Development domain.
• Experience in produce high-quality documentation includes Business Case, Business requirements document (BRD), System Requirements specification document (SRS), Gap Analysis Document, Requirement traceability matrix (RTM), User stories, Use cases, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary, Change request logs, Impact analysis document, System test plan, System test cases, User Manuals, Training Material & etc.
• Independent, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile software development is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

• Possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Software Systems Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably Senior Executive with at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only
• Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin and English (As require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients due to work nature)
• Must be able and willing to work at Penang Island.

• Gather and analyze user requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop test cases, test scripts, manuals, and other relevant project documentation.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance to validate software functionality and performance.
• Liaising and working effectively between multi-disciplined teams comprising Business, Project Management and Software Development.
• Help stakeholders to manage integration areas, provide software application support and ensure seamless integration and compatibility of various software components.
• Respond and feedback progress to related stakeholders.
• Work closely with software engineers to design and implement efficient solutions that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with software engineers for bugs fix and system enhancement.
• Continuously measure, propose enhancement opportunities, and improve processes to achieve higher operation efficiency.
