Position Objective This role requires strong software quality and delivery excellence. To lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions aligned with the company's fintech vision. technical leadership, hands-on coding capabilities, and mentorship of junior developers to ensure software quality and delivery excellence. Key Roles Drive system architecture and technical roadmap in collaboration with IT leadership Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices Translate complex business requirements into scalable software design Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance applications Review code, mentor developers, and enforce development standards Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical issues Ensure integration across systems with minimal downtime and high reliability Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers Report project progress and risks to IT Management Coordinate with third-party vendors and technical partners Participate in technical due diligence and compliance reviews if required Lead project timelines and deliverables across multiple sprints Ensure timely responses to system incidents and production issues Maintain best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation Enforce secure coding standards and system scalability Drive continuous improvement in development processes applications Review code, mentor developers, and enforce development standards high reliability Report project progress and risks to IT Management required Ensure timely responses to system incidents and production issues documentation Drive continuous improvement in development processes Requirement Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development Prior experience in leading a development team or technical projects Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is highly desirable Expertise in one or more backend languages (Laravel, Java, .NET, Python, Node.js) Strong front-end knowledge (React, Angular, or Vue.js) Proven experience with microservices architecture and API integration Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Excellent debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills Strong understanding of secure software development and compliance practices
