We need you, if you think that software development is about more than writing code. You will join our Research and Development Software Department with dedicated Developers, Architects, Testers, Scrum Masters and Team Leads located in Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia. Between nationalities we strive to learn and respect cultural differences, making sure diversity, equity and inclusion is valued. English is the main language used. Throughout all phases of software development, you and the rest of the teams will develop and maintain best-in-class software solutions used for medical diagnosis of the hearing and balance senses, making sure new features and data processing are implemented according to requirements, and any refactoring adds value to both the architecture and business. You will take part in high- and midlevel design and architecture decisions for software projects which are known for: Ground-breaking software Focus on high maintainability An inclusive team spirit Agile methodology All opinions matter culture The decision process is a collaboration between the team, the product owner and the project manager.
