About The Role:

We need you, if you think that software development is about more than writing code. We see it as a collaborative and iterative process aimed to build well-tested and high-quality software solutions and need your participation to continue our ambitious plans in helping hearing- and balance impaired people.



You will join our Research and Development Software Department with dedicated Developers, Architects, Testers, Scrum Masters and Team Leads located in Denmark, and Malaysia. Between nationalities we strive to learn and respect cultural differences, making sure diversity, equity and inclusion is valued. English is the main language used.

Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Experience & Expertise

Extensive background in software development, with deep knowledge across various technical domains. Recognized as a subject matter expert, providing valuable insights and solutions.

Technical Leadership

Leads development teams by offering mentorship, guidance, and technical direction. Supports colleagues in solving complex challenges, refining their skills, and ensuring high-quality code. Overseescode reviews, architecture discussions, and technical designs.

Solution Development

Designs, builds, and implements robust software solutions. Writes efficient code, develops algorithms, and enhances applications to automate processes and improve efficiency. Ensures software meets performance and quality standards through testing and debugging.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

Defines technical strategies and makes critical decisions that impact project outcomes. Considers factors like scalability, performance, and maintainability when designing solutions, ensuring long-term success.

Collaboration & Communication

Works closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth delivery. Plays a key role in project coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Quality Focus

Commits to best practices for building reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software. Prioritizes efficiency, stability, and user experience throughout the development lifecycle.

To Qualify for the Role:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT related field .NET C# programming language At least 7 years of relevant experience Architecture principles (SOLID, MVVM, DDD, general design patterns etc.) DevOps (Azure, Git, CI/CD) Testing (xUnit, Fluent Assertions) and Mutation Testing Mentoring junior and fellow developers

Nice to have:

.NET UI (WPF, MAUI) Behaviour Driven Development Framework Agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
