Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounts functions, including subsidiaries.
Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports and forecasts to top management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations (Services Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Global Minimum Tax) and timely submission of returns for the company and expatriates.
Develop, manage and monitor annual budgets and financial plans; conduct variance and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general and project ledgers; ensure timely processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations.
Manage treasury functions and liaise with bankers, auditors and regulatory authorities.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement internal controls and mitigate financial risks.
Provide financial guidance and support to other departments; prepare quarterly reports for group consolidation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in finance or accounting roles.
Deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting and financial software (Xero knowledge is an added advantage).
Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
High integrity, ethical conduct and flexibility in handling multi-functional tasks.
