Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounts functions, including subsidiaries.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports and forecasts to top management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations (Services Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Global Minimum Tax) and timely submission of returns for the company and expatriates.
• Develop, manage and monitor annual budgets and financial plans; conduct variance and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general and project ledgers; ensure timely processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Manage treasury functions and liaise with bankers, auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement internal controls and mitigate financial risks.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments; prepare quarterly reports for group consolidation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting and financial software (Xero knowledge is an added advantage).
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
• High integrity, ethical conduct and flexibility in handling multi-functional tasks.
