We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Software Developer , based in Tricor Roots Business Intelligence Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia . Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our business and its\' growth. Key responsibilities: Operations/Functional Responsibilities: (A) Product Development Management Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. Deliver stable, reliable and scalable business solutions. (B) Customer Support Management Role as Tier 3 support to provide technical issues fact finding & resolution through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance. To ensure all raised / reported issue are meets Service Level Agreement (SLA). Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools. E.g., Technical Specification Document. (C) Clients Relationship: Able to lead and stimulate effective meetings with internal clients to understand customers\' needs and translate those requirements into functional solutions. To ensure timely release of assigned products and project deliverables. Key requirements: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience Must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Mathematics or its equivalent. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools and processes. Familiarity with Manual or Automated Testing. Functional, Integration, Performance and Regression Testing is a plus. Understand the basic concept of programming and database. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
