Job Description


We need you, if you think that software development is about more than writing code. We see it as a collaborative and iterative process aimed to build well-tested and high-quality software solutions and need your participation to continue our ambitious plans in helping hearing- and balance impaired people.

You will join our Research and Development Software Department with dedicated Developers, Architects, Testers, Scrum Masters and Team Leads located in Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia. Between nationalities we strive to learn and respect cultural differences, making sure diversity, equity and inclusion is valued. English is the main language used.

Who are you?

We expect you to hold a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science etc. You have programming experience in an object-oriented language, and you know where to put your effort when analysing complex problems. You are skilled at reading the structure and details in code written by other developers to ensure it meets the required standards, as well as keen on troubleshooting and debugging. If you also have a steady hand at participating in code- and design reviews to ensure that the software commits are of high quality, you are a perfect match for the role.

Most importantly, you are a team player willing to learn about Danish culture and to share the Malaysian way of working.

We expect you to be proficient in:

  • .NET C#
  • Architecture principles (SOLID, MVVM, DDD, general design patterns etc.)
  • DevOps (Azure, Git, CI/CD)
  • Testing (xUnit, Fluent Assertions)
  • Technical refinement
  • Mentoring junior and fellow developers
Experience in one or more of these areas will be an advantage:
  • .NET UI (WPF, MAUI)
  • Data science (machine learning, AI, statistics)
  • Agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Work with complex and exciting technologies

Throughout all phases of software development, you and the rest of the teams will develop and maintain best-in-class software solutions used for medical diagnosis of the hearing and balance senses, making sure new features and data processing are implemented according to requirements, and any refactoring adds value to both the architecture and business.

You will take part in high- and midlevel design and architecture decisions for software projects which are known for:
