Job Purpose:

As an Oracle Application Sr. Developer to play a key role in designing and extending applications used at Amway. This position will be responsible for designing and developing solutions and support of multiple applications within the Oracle e-Business suite. Core activities will include development of technical specifications, modifications to standard forms and reports, development of new forms and reports, development of interfaces in and out of the e-business suite and partner with vendors in guiding/resolving the tickets raised by end users across multiple applications in multiple geographies.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Support Oracle R12 Oracle E-Business Suite applications and own the code repository of Oracle EBS changes.
-Design and develop reports, Forms, OAF pages, Interfaces etc. based on business needs.
-Design and develop code for calling webservices from Kafka and integrate with Oracle EBS Application.
-Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
-Support cross functional teams in managing the ad-hoc requests of critical code development.
-Support evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, continuous application integration and testing tools.
-Responsible for AMS support changes assessment and code management.
-Continuous effort improving Incident and Problem Management process in partnership with AMS team.
-Maintain and publish metrics on support areas and identify improvement opportunities.
-Create necessary documentation relating to work produced to ensure maintainability.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

-Experience in at least two full life cycle Oracle implementation
-Should have been involved in code development for modules like AOL, INV, ONT, AR, PO, AP, GL, CM, WMS etc.
-Experience with Oracle\xe2\x80\x99s development tools including reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder and OAF
-Hands-on experience in Conversions like Items, Suppliers, Customers, Orders, Acc Receivables etc
-Strong technical background, hands-on technical skills and experience in PL/SQL to develop new RICE objects.
-Familiar with building architecture and design solutions
-Experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining technical RICE objects
-Experience in development of Oracle Ipayment servlets will be added advantage
-Exposure to overall architecture of Oracle E-Business Suite and its interaction with other Oracle and non Oracle products.
-General functional knowledge of Order to Cash cycle and Procure to Pay Cycle
-Ability to write technical documents like MD70, MD120, CV60
-Experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues
-Certification in Oracle will be an added advantage
-Knowledge in configuration and setups for Oracle applications modules will be an added advantage
-Knowledge in ODI, Informatica, OBIE, Kafka will be an added advantage
-Knowledge in using migration tools like Kintana, JIRA, Flexdeploy
-Knowledge on web services standards, technologies, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot Framework, Node JS, Microservices, Oracle and Microsoft SQL
-Knowledge in REST/SOAP APIs with JSON/XML will be added advantage
-Good to have knowledge in Apache Kafka, Apache Camel K Framework and Apache Airflow

Functional Skills:

-Basic setup knowledge of Order to Cash cycle
-Basic setup knowledge of Procure to Pay cycle
-AOL module setups
-Knowledge in Security Profiles setup
