, driving technical delivery within the Shell Scripting, File & Message Filtering (FMF) . You'll lead development, defect resolution, and vendor-based implementations, ensuring solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards across the full SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and maintenance of FMF applications.
Conduct impact analysis, data mapping, and finalize technical requirements with stakeholders.
Resolve defects, write/maintain Unix/Linux scripts, and execute SQL queries.
Mentor junior developers and ensure quality, timely delivery.
Coordinate with testing, infra, and compliance teams for smooth deployments.
Manage vendor product implementations, gap analysis, and integration (Firco(TM) Continuity).
Liaise with vendors to address limitations and customization needs.
Ensure compliance with standards and document technical specs & deployment guides.
Key Requirements
Min. 2 years in a senior/lead software development role.
Experience in banking/financial services, especially compliance or payments.
Strong SDLC, technical design, and impact analysis expertise.
Proven experience with vendor product implementation.
Proficient in Unix/Linux scripting, SQL, and Java for enhancements/defect fixes.
Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, transaction flows, and AML systems.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube) a plus.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in payments/compliance tech are advantageous.
