About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior Golang Developer

to join our client's dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support business goals and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using

Golang

. Build RESTful or gRPC APIs and integrate with external systems. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability. Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architecture planning. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

5+ years

of software development experience, with at least

3 years of hands-on experience in Golang

. Strong understanding of

microservices architecture

and distributed systems. Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

. Proficiency in

RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

. Familiar with

SQL and NoSQL databases

such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

, Git, and automated testing. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: RM3,791.43 - RM15,329.72 per month
