Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

with strong full-stack development capabilities and hands-on experience in cloud-native environments (Azure or AWS) to join our Cross Tech team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Golang, have solid experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular), and be comfortable working in agile, DevOps-driven teams.


This role is suited for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, work well with cross-functional teams, and deliver secure, scalable and maintainable applications.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable microservices using Golang, following cloud-native architecture principles Build and integrate modern frontend interfaces using Vue.js, React, or Angular Deploy and operate applications on Azure or AWS, using services like AKS, EKS, or similar Implement robust security mechanisms including OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT for authentication and authorization Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to translate business needs into features Troubleshoot and optimize system performance using monitoring and observability tools Contribute to documentation, code quality standards, and potential inner-source/open-source efforts

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Golang Solid experience in frontend development using Vue.js, React, or Angular Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling Solid understanding of secure coding, data protection and access control mechanisms Comfortable working in Agile and DevOps-centric environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Experience in the automotive industry Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, or Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd) Exposure to monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
