• Hold a bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related software development field, with at least 5 years of industry experience
• Demonstrate strong motivation and eagerness to learn new technologies and take on more responsibilities
• Proficient in Java programming language
• Possess solid expertise in Java and the JVM ecosystem, including familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring, and SQL
• Experienced in Web APIs, MVC, Dependency Injection, and Asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with supporting technologies such as SQL Server, AWS Aurora, MySQL, Postgres, Python, and REST APIs
• Proven understanding of enterprise software considerations like security, scalability, transaction management, and concurrency
• Capable of writing high-quality unit tests
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing solutions hosted on AWS
• Understanding of software security practices to safeguard against common vulnerabilities
• Exposure to DevOps practices utilizing tools like Jenkins
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design, domain modeling, design patterns, and building scalable systems
• Experience collaborating within a scrum-based methodology
