You will build a team that is among the first in Asia that will build solutions to enable seamless mental health care. As the world strides into a post-Covid recovery period, your work will be more important than ever as individuals and organizations recognize the importance of mental wellbeing in the new normal. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable web services, applications, and APIs to enhance user experience and functionality. Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Clinical/Ops teams to translate requirements into actionable features, considering complexity, timelines, and resource allocations. Write clean, efficient, and testable code that meets production standards and contributes to the overall robustness of our platform. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance software efficiency and responsiveness Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing mobile tech, health tech, or SAAS-based solutions. Proficiency in one or more front-end frameworks such as React Native, along with expertise in HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript. Advanced knowledge of back-end languages like Elixir, Python, Rails, or Ruby. Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL. Experience with common engineering tools and services, with the ability to adapt to new tools as needed. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain high performance under tight deadlines and evolving priorities. Experience in mental health tech or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
