-Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

-Develop, maintain and improve microservices architecture and messaging systems.

-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

-Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

-Continuously improve development processes and standards to ensure best practices are followed.

-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

-Troubleshoot and debug applications.

Requirements

-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

-A minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.

-Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and practices, specifically Scrum.

-Strong experience with microservice architecture and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, etc.).

-Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Javascript, C#, etc.).

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Experience working with Agile teams and contributing to ceremonies.

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

-Candidate must be willing to work on Malaysia Public Holiday.

-A team player however able to work independently where required.

-Great work ethics and a positive attitude.
