• Work with the Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to build consumer and partner facing new products, platforms and features.
• Build reusable iOS software components for the Grab platform.
• This is a hybrid role based in Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Monitor the performance of the live apps and improve them on both code and experience level.
• Improve by reviewing each other\'s code, share knowledge, tips and tricks, and generally help out - with different teams.
• Collaborate with QA on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and other automated and manual testing to make sure our app releases are always worthy of five star ratings.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• A bachelor\'s or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in iOS development experience
• Up-to-date on the modern iOS programming paradigm, including the use of Swift
• Knowledge in iOS systems design and internals
• UX/UI design experience making apps work and with pixel perfect interfaces.
• You have a working knowledge of several architectural approaches, caching, data storage and security.
• CS fundamentals (with competencies in algorithms and data structures).
• You have a collaborative attitude, because \'Your Problem Is My Problem\' (YPIMP).
