The work we do here matters.Department Overview PCRAzure Cognitive Service DeveloperOBJECTIVESDevelop and implement Speech services models and algorithms using Microsoft Azure technologiesCustomize and fine-tune pre-built Azure Cognitive Services models to meet specific business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and deploy intelligent applications powered by Azure Cognitive ServicesDesigning and maintaining a NLP based chatbot application and workflowDesigning and maintaining a Cloud API Platform for 3rd party (Enterprise) integrationSCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIESDesigning and developing conversational interfaces and chatbot systems using Azure\xe2\x80\x99s AI Speech services.Implementing natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance chatbot comprehensionCreating databases for customer query handling and processingTraining chatbot models to improve response accuracyTesting chatbots to ensure efficiency and accuracy of responsesMonitoring the performance matrices and making necessary improvements and adjustments.Design and execute proofs-of-concept for critical enterprise capabilities.
