Job Description

We are looking for a

highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer

to join our

AI Transformation

team. This team is responsible for incubating and building small to medium-sized AI-powered applications for the organisation.
The applications we build are diverse, including prototypes, proofs-of-concept, automation, integration hacks, and various forms of internal tooling. The team is also responsible for maintaining these applications until they mature and are handed over to other teams for continuous maintenance.You will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders (such as the CTO, product managers, or business analysts) to rapidly build and continuously iterate on applications.
Core Requirements (Must-Haves)
Successful candidates must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:1. Expertise in .NET Core and C#: This is our primary technology stack.

2. GIT Proficiency

: Experience with GIT for version control, including branching, merging, and code collaboration. 3.

SQL Mastery

: Proficiency in SQL for efficient database design, querying, and optimisation. 4.

Cloud Platform Knowledge:

Familiarity with deploying applications to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS, including configuring services and managing deployments. 5.

Agile Methodologies

: Proven experience working in an Agile environment, specifically utilising Scrum or other Agile methodologies for project management in tools like JIRA, Asana, or Basecamp

.

. Independence and Ownership:

Proven ability to work independently, taking complete ownership of projects from inception through to delivery. 7.

Remote Work Competence:

Comfortable working in a remote team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be willing to travel to our offices for work and engagement purposes.

Experience with LLM/GenAI Solutions

: Proven experience in building and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) or Generative AI products/solutions, overseeing the lifecycle from initial inception to production deployment. Understanding and hands-on experience with

Domain-Driven Design

(DDD) principles and/or

Clean Architecture

in software development

.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial:Experience with containerised technologies such as

Docker

. Knowledge of

DevOps practices

for automated deployment and CI/CD pipelines. Practical

test-driven development (TDD)

experience. Deep understanding of

REST or Graph API architecture

. Previous experience in building and maintaining applications that have been

handed over to other teams

for continuous development and maintenance.
