Senior Software Test Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team that looks to enable our clients to make confident business decisions by answering their key business questions.
You will\xe2\x80\xa6

• Implement new insights, predictions, prescriptive advice and new ways of visualizing data for our upcoming flagship analytics product.
• Take accountability for quality and ownership for solving problems end-to-end no matter what part of the stack the work takes you.
• Rapidly build high-quality software with teammates.
• Set high quality standards for the team to strive for.
• Define and implement test strategies for the product
• Define and implement test data management for the product.
• Help the team to perform testing during earliest stages of implementation and create well-defined testable acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with product owners, have an understanding of what to test and deliver

You have\xe2\x80\xa6

• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming (JavaScript or Python preferred).
• Expert knowledge of test frameworks and automation tools.
• Hands on experience with continuous integration tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
• Experience testing a variety of web services, APIs, web applications and data.
• Experience in BDD with tools such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, JBehave.
• Knowledge of version control with GIT and a good understanding of branching and merging.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Thorough understanding of the systems development lifecycle.
• Ability to work in non-functional test tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Gatling or Stormrunner
