Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end

test planning

, design, execution, and reporting across multiple projects. Understand and interpret business and technical requirements to create high-quality

test strategies and plans

. Perform and oversee

manual and automated testing

for web, mobile, and backend applications. Manage and track defects; ensure timely resolution by working closely with development teams. Communicate effectively with

Chinese-speaking stakeholders

, translating requirements, feedback, and documentation. Mentor and guide junior testers; perform peer reviews of test cases and reports. Lead

UAT coordination

,

test environment readiness

, and

release validation

. Ensure adherence to

SDLC/STLC

, project timelines, and quality standards. Drive

continuous improvements

in testing processes and tools.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years

of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a

lead or senior role

. Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)

- essential for documentation and stakeholder interaction. Strong background in

test strategy, planning, and defect management

. Hands-on experience with tools like

JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, SQL

, etc. Deep understanding of

functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing

. Ability to manage

multiple projects

, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines. Solid communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Domain experience in

banking, finance, or enterprise software systems

CI/CD pipelines

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in

Computer Science
