Job Description

Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, procedures and best practices, maintaining accurate documentation and proper record retention.

In your new role you will:
Perform accounting and reporting services for IFMY, including book-keeping (e.g., employee reimbursements, air ticket accruals), reporting, analysis and commentary by legal entity. Manage plantwide fixed assets control and oversee the Concur Travel & Entertainment claim process, including validating and approving cash advance applications. Assist in financial month-end reporting, verifying balances to identify discrepancies or errors, resolving issues and presenting financial reporting reviews to the CFO. Support the direct manager and local accounting team during year-end audits and statutory reporting requirements as needed. Participate in regional and global accounting harmonization initiatives to improve processes and align standards.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:


Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance (higher qualifications are preferred). 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Reporting. Proficiency in IFRS Accounting Standards and practices. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with SAP applications is an added advantage. Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
